Cancellation / No Call No Show Policy: 

To ensure appointment availability for all clients, kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no call no shows) will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
